Have you ever done business with a company for 3-4 years and then when there is a problem or issue, the folks in charge will not even talk with you? Instead they have some underling call you back and give you some ridiculous excuse. An excuse that may not even fit the actual complaint or issue, well it happened to me the other day. Worse, the underling's cell phone dropped my call and he left a voice mail apologizing. My gosh, give me a break, enough excuses already.
