Most people find themselves in formal and informal mentoring roles -- with their kids, with kids in the community, with co-workers, and with those who report to them in their roles at work. Yet very few people receive formal training on how to be powerful, successful mentors. Through my work as a life coach, mentor and trainer, I've found some key ideas that bring me success and that have helped those in mentoring roles learn to maximize their potential.
