All of us get stuck at times. We feel like we are not moving forward in our work or life, like we've lost momentum - which leaves us feeling unenthusiastic, unmotivated, and ultimately unhappy. The problem is that when you are "stuck," you usually become even more frustrated, which only makes you more stuck and frustrated. This viscous circle creates very negative energy. And when you focus your attention here, you draw more frustration and more negative energy to yourself, making it even harder to get unstuck. It is time to stop spinning your wheels and do something.
