With the appearance of the possibility to outsource the recruitment job to foreign countries, several American businesses have started thinking about outsourcing their recruitment operations. According to the survey, presented by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association, less than 51 percent of those who took part in the poll, were presently involved in recruitment outsourcing. Nevertheless, most of the respondents are well aware of the possibilities to outsource the human resource job, and 41 per cent of the respondents, who are not doing the recruitment outsourcing at the present time, intend to do that in the near future.
