How to Write a Successful Interview Thank You Letter

After your interview is over, you have to write your recruiter/ interviewer a short note, thanking them for their time and reiterating your interest in the role. This is known as the "thank you" letter. You must ensure that it reaches them at the earliest. You can fax it, send it via email or instant messaging systems or even hand deliver it. But ensure that they have it positively by the next day. It would be best to get it to them on the same day or the next morning. The earlier your letter reaches them, the more is the positive impact it creates for you.
