Once I'm convinced my prospect: (1) Has a need; (2) It's important to him to fulfill it; (3) He has the authority and budgetary clout to fulfill it; and (4) He's open to receiving my help; then I'll dog him until I have a deal or he starts blocking my calls and emails. This especially applies if he is in the sales game.
