This has been an area of great debate over many years with some sales trainers believing that individuals should show off their success and style while others prefer the more conservative, understated approach. Both styles have their followers of course, however, I do believe one has a powerful advantage and I'll share my primary reasons here. In a selling career, your "style" will often define you in your career. My advice is to pick yours carefully and with these points in mind.
