Recently, I did my house renovation. After consulting with the interior designer, I had to purchase most of the house fittings on my own to ensure that they match my taste. I went to many shops to purchase these items but one particular sales person really impressed me. She took the effort to understand my needs and interest. She greeted me with a warm smile. She did not rush into asking what I want to buy. She started by trying to understand my needs by trying to understand what I want my house to look like.
