When working with clients I am looking at the basics - strategy, processes and people. I have dubbed those three parameters as the "Success Triangle". Why so? Well, let me address this from the other side, the desired outcome: most businesses no matter if they are in the services sector, the industrial sector, consumer based or B2B oriented would like to achieve customer loyalty. Any customer we can retain is more profitable than finding new ones or re-gaining lost ones. Furthermore, loyal customers "brag" about their suppliers, generate referrals and are easier to do business with. The Million Dollar question is how to gain customer loyalty?
